Farm for City Children

Farm for City Children offers immersive residentials for children and young people, providing them with transformative experiences and rewards that last long after they have returned home.

During a five-day school or group visit to one of their farms in Devon, Gloucestershire or Pembrokeshire, young people thrive. A holistic programme enhances learning, nurtures wellbeing and builds transferable skills as the young farmers grow lasting connections with food, farming and each other. During the 23/24 school year, 96% of young people visiting their farms came from urban areas, with 48% having minority ethnic heritage.

Farms for City Children is a registered charity and believe that every young person deserves an opportunity to take home the wealth of benefits of being farmers for a week.
