Culture Roots Collective is a grassroots community for Black and People of Colour (BPOC) working in UK food, farming and land stewardship.
We share stories and champion representation in the industry.
Culture Roots Collective is dedicated to amplifying the voices of global majority workers in the UK’s food and farming sector.
We celebrate, inform, and connect individuals passionate about sustainable food systems, farming, and cultural food heritage.
We celebrate, amplify, and centre the voices of diverse communities.
Our aim is to highlight the work of underrepresented, racially and ethnically minoritised individuals working in farming and growing, health and nutrition, climate and environment, food and land justice, and veterinary spaces.
Through storytelling, community building, and knowledge sharing, we challenge systemic injustices and build a sustainable future rooted in cultural heritage and lived experience.
We support food campaigners, growers, grassroots organisers and more; our mission is to grow deep and meaningful change from the ground up.
Culture Roots Collective is a growing community — and we need you!
