Ped is currently the Director of Feeding Bristol, a charity that puts food justice at its heart. Their work covers a wide range of projects designed to tackle issues of inequality in our food system, and they work closely with grassroots organisations though to the local authority, public institution and national policy influencers. Ped has spent the over a decade working to improve the local, ethical food system, and was previously the Managing Director of The Community Farm in Chew Magna prior to working in his current role, and is now a trustee there. He is also a founder and trustee of Bristol Food Producers and a trustee at Cardiff Farmers Market.
