Sareta is the Diversity Outreach Coordinator at Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming. Her work aims to increase ethnic diversity across the movement whilst progressing racial justice and anti-racism within the movement. She has worked in hospitality and community food for almost a decade, with a prior career in youth and education charities. She is also a facilitator, consultant and public speaker specialising in anti-racism, equity, justice, culture and community food. She is also a Be Inclusive Hospitality ambassador and Inclusion Associate Director at Align Learn Do.
