Kumar’s Dosa Bar began in 2015, with Kumar selling South Indian street food across markets in the South West of England with his two daughters. In 2019 the food business became fully plant based, and Kumar now grows the majority of vegetables used in the cooking on his stock-free, agroecological farm in Somerset.
