  Idman is the Inclusive Movement Lead at Eating Better where she works on furthering anti-racism and equity in the sustainable food and farming sector. She mobilises EB Alliance members and beyond to embed equity and anti-racism in all areas of their work and coordinates a food and racial justice working group in collaboration with the Sustain Alliance.

  Idman has 10 years of experience volunteering and working as a grassroots community organiser covering topics such as climate justice, urban greening, food justice and building collective power from the ground up.

  Idman is also the co-director of the black-led urban farm and community hub Earth Tenders, located in South East London.
