Roshni works freelance across the sustainable food and charity sector with a focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. She was the Diversity Outreach Coordinator (maternity cover) at Sustain during the launch of Culture Roots Collective. In that role she worked on a movement building programme, helping organisations to become more inclusive and anti-racist, as well as promoting careers to diverse talent in the sector. Roshni has 11+ years of experience working and volunteering in sustainable food and community spaces and has always been passionate about diversity. Previous roles include Plant Prospects Programme Manager at Made In Hackney and Community Coordinator at Elizabeth House Community Centre.
