Sophie is the project Manager on the projects; UKRI AgriFood Network +, Land Use for Net Zero and a Co-Investigator on Elevating Marginalised voices through Co-Design.

She works out of the University of West England, driving forward project objectives around EDI in the Agrifood and Land use sectors and is deeply passionate about diversifying equitable access to food and the outdoors across work and leisure. She also maintains a research practice rooted in the aforementioned fields, and is studying for her phD on how growing communities use technology particularly AI to identify birds from their songs for biodiversity monitoring.
