  Rohit is a British-Indian designer whose practice sits at the intersection of spatial design, cultural rituals, and the poetics of food. Through dining experiences, installations, and research, he crafts narratives that explore how we connect to food, space, and ecology. Rooted in early cultural experiences with food, gastronomy is central to his design lens. His work, p_l_an_t, envisions a plant-based future where creativity and sustainability reshape our environments and everyday habits. With a BA and MA in Architecture from Central Saint Martins, UAL, Rohit has taught and worked across spatial design, dining experiences, and curatorial projects in both artistic and commercial contexts.
