  Morgan - Tyler has a passion and background in youth and community engagement in urban natural spaces. With particular experience in introducing young people in London to the ecosystems that exist in their city. Fostering initial connections to nature through relaxed pacing and culturally aware conversations. Now working in Funding and grant making, Morgan - Tyler uses their sector experience to help support grant decisions and processing at Esmee Fairbairn.
