Than is a horticultural educator, with a background in food and environmental policy research. He works to create and teach about resilient food systems and food system change. His work is rooted in the context of land rights and the rights of all beings to live free on the Earth. He is especially passionate about plants in all their forms and creating edible landscapes that mimic the principles of nature. Having worked with various organisations across the food growing sectors in London and Gateshead, Than established Nourish the Wild CIC and runs walks, workshops and courses across these isles, both in-person and online.
